Each item of welded product will be inspected its weld bead and tested its weld penetration by specialist while various kinds of test instrument; for example, the dimensions will be verified by 3D CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) to meet quality requirements; meanwhile, the tensile strength and torsional strength will be tested by universal material testing machine to ensure the product quality.
