Universal material testing machine is a mechanical pressure testing machine to test the mechanical property against various kinds of material that are loaded under working status: static load, stretching, compressing, bending, shearing and peeling, etc. and it is applicable to the strength test for materials of panel, tube, profile steel, and so on.

"It is to test the maximum stress of material after being cyclically loaded without fracture; To understand the occurrence of material's fatigue fracture and its influence factor; To study the influence from shape & size, processing method and loading method to the fatigue limit of material

It is an accelerated corrosion test by atomizing 5% sodium chloride salt water solution inside the test chamber at 35°C to form a seawater environment; and the corrosion-resistant period will determine the corrosion-resistance of material. Comparing it with the natural environment, the salt concentration of chloride in salt-spray environment can be several times or several tens of times of salt concentration in natural environment that greatly accelerates the corrosion. Performing the salt spray test against the product will largely shorten the period of time to obtain the results.
An environmental test of corrosion-resistant performance is mainly applied to the surface-treated products - for examples: parts that have been finished their surface treatment with electroplating, coating and anodizing, etc.
It is to apply a given load to press a hard steel bead or a diamond pyramid indenter into the material surface that leaves an indent accordingly; and then convert the depth of indentation to the hardness.
To test the mechanical property of material - hardness; available hardness testing specifications are HRB, HRC, etc.
It is to catch the picture via CCD (camera) by using the lens imaging technique; and then the computer software will display the image on the screen; after adjusting the focus in z-axis through cooperation of light source in the measuring instrument; then the user can take the points directly from the screen and calculate them into elements, ensue to use the calculation function of software to compute their numerical value amongst elements therein; generally, it can only calculate 2-Dimension (2D) element, for examples: point, line, circle, arc, ellipse, and curve, etc.
